Deep Instant Mix Khandvi — ready-to-cook instant mix for the Gujarati chickpea flour snack. Non-GMO, 4g protein per serving. Ingredients: chickpea flour, salt, turmeric and citric acid (for flavour). Directions: mix with 4 cups water, cook on medium flame for 8–10 minutes stirring continuously, spread thin, cool, cut into strips and roll; garnish with a vagar of mustard seeds, sesame, asafoetida and curry leaves.
