Ingredients: iodised salt, red chilli, coconut, sugar, turmeric, citric acid, edible oil, cinnamon, clove, jeera, coriander powder, star anise and black pepper. Method: boil and peel 1kg potatoes and mash; heat 300g groundnut oil, add the dabeli masala and mashed potato and mix well for about 10 minutes; garnish with pomegranate and chopped coriander.
