Radhuni Sorshe Ilish Masala | 65g

Radhuni Sorshe Ilish Masala is a ready-made spice blend for preparing authentic mustard hilsa fish curry. Suitable to serve 10–12 persons per packet (65 g). Required Ingredients & Quantity (for cooking, as shown on pack): Hilsa fish (cut into pieces) – 1 kg Edible mustard oil – 14 tablespoons or 210 ml Radhuni Ready Mix Sorshe Ilish Masala – 65 g (1 packet) Chopped onion – 1 cup Onion paste – 1 cup Green chilies – 16 pcs Salt – as required (1 Cup = 250 ml sized cup) Cooking Instructions: Soak the masala pack's mustard powder in 1 cup of water. Wash and drain hilsa fish. Fry 1 cup chopped onions in mustard oil until light brown; add onion paste, green chili slices, salt, and the Sorshe Ilish Masala; sauté with 1 cup water until oil separates. Add fish pieces, cook on medium flame 10–15 minutes, then add soaked mustard powder and remaining green chilies, cook on low flame 5–7 minutes until broth thickens. Serve with rice or polao.
